Martine Herbst – Bookkeeper & HR Generalist
Martine brings over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, benefits, and HR operations. As a founding partner at Red Hat Corporate Services, she’s helped startups, small businesses, and nonprofits streamline their back-office systems—from accounting and inventory tracking to employee onboarding and policy development.
She’s known for her hands-on approach, deep knowledge of platforms like QuickBooks, ADP, and Workday, and her knack for solving operational challenges with practical, people-first solutions. Martine holds a Human Resource Management Certification from the University of Utah and is a proud member of SHRM.
Outside of work, she’s led real estate and design projects, served on HOA boards, and enjoys building systems that make life—and business—run smoother.
